Do you want to make a complaint?

If you have a complaint about anything to do with Ask Brook we would like to hear from you.

You can raise any complaint with an Ask Brook Advisor informally via the helpline. Or you can contact the Complaints Manager to make a formal complaint. You can do this by emailing (please put Ask Brook Complaint in the subject line) or calling and asking for the Ask Brook Complaints Manager. You can write to us: Brook, 50 Featherstone Street, London . You can also ask us to send you a complaints form if you prefer not to speak to anyone.

All complaints will be investigated and you will receive a full written response letting you know the outcome.
